Our personalized program is a physical reflection of Joseph Pilates’ philosophy. Private lessons allow clients to have a more customized plan modified for their needs rather than a basic general plan applied in group sessions. Pilates works well in the individual setting to minimize risk of injury, increase strength and flexibility in less time, develop skill sets necessary to excel at your fitness activities and most importantly, to nurture and maintain your body’s wellness.
Each new client will begin with 5 private sessions. We will assess your body’s physical strengths and identify potential muscular and skeletal imbalances. Over the course of the privates, we will design a program that will best enable you to develop the movement skills and gain the most benefit. Your safety is our main concern and we will ensure that you progress safely through your workout.
Once five initial sessions have been completed, you can continue with privates or move into open session workouts always under the supervision of a fully certified Pilates teacher. Careful monitoring of individuals in this non-competitive environment allows for appropriate progression for each individual.

Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Sunday – closed
Privates may be booked within the studio hours listed above, as well as outside regular studio hours at the teacher’s discretion.
