We believe that no two bodies are alike and what works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. That is why we take a personal approach to your success.
We offer two routes to start into your Pilates experience, with several options within each route.
A one-on-one session is designed to integrate classical Pilates apparatus and mat work within the session. Our focus is on you as a unique individual and recognizing personal physical strengths and challenges. Our goal is to work with you to develop a program that creates a better movement quality and efficiency to prevent injury and pain, restore daily function, improve your athletic performance or assist you in your quest for better well-being.

We approach our group classes with the same philosophy as in our personalized programs – focus on helping each client towards achieving optimal movement. To ensure this, we keep our class sizes small so that we can provide lots of hands-on attention to every client.
