Welcome to our Pilates home in Garneau! Founded in 1996, we are proud to be the first fully equipped Pilates studio in Edmonton.
Our studio is a warm, comfortable and casual environment, filled with natural light. Divided into an equipment studio and a mat studio, we can offer you the full spectrum of the Pilates experience.

Body Works is located on the second floor at #210, 8625-109th Street, above the Movie Studio. We are one block south of the High Level Bridge, across the street from the Garneau Elementary School and kitty-corner from Garneau Theater on 87th Avenue.
Come in through the doors on the south side of the building. Once in the entrance foyer, take the first door on your right for the stairs to the second floor.
We have free parking in our lot on the south side of the building.
